Chief Growth Officer
Joy VerPlanck is a leader in adult learning and development with over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors.
She holds a Doctorate in Educational Technology with research on instructional design methods for de-escalation, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in training and instructional design for organizational creativity, and a Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroscience.
Her diverse career has included leadership roles ranging from US Army officer to product innovator in applied neuroscience.
Dr. VerPlanck's deep understanding of cognitive science and social influence drives her commitment to work that inspires others to inspire others.
Dr. Ryan Curl,

Ryan Curl is a behavioral and data scientist with a strong foundation in neuroscience (M.S.) and cognitive psychology (Ph.D.).
With extensive experience as a business consultant, he specializes in applying data-driven insights and behavioral science principles to enhance organizational strategies.
Dr. Curl has also worked extensively on AI implementation and governance, contributing to the integration of advanced technologies across various sectors.
His expertise in AI, coupled with his educational background, positions him as a key advisor in ensuring that solutions are innovative, effective, and scientifically grounded.

A certified Coach, Trainer and lifelong learner with many years of experience in learning and development, Christine has a reputation for guiding leaders and developing award-winning, global teams.
Christine is a Master NLP Practitioner and NLP Coach as well as a Certified Practitioner in Brain and Behaviour Change. Passionate about preventing burnout and eradicating imposter syndrome, she has studied applied neuroscience and neuro-leadership and is certified in Brain-Based Coaching.
Christine is also a Certified Master Mapping Coach and Certified Goal Mapping Practitioner.

His most recent passion is immersing himself in the world of Generative AI and its capabilities to support the work of non-profit organizations and those focused on helping at-risk populations.
As the founder of ProMobile BI, he led a groundbreaking project in collaboration with Harvard Medical School, creating a mobile app focused on tobacco cessation for rural Indian schools, gaining international recognition.
